At Rock'Em, we want you to love your style. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
